I'm still laughing at the fact they brought that to a raid. shite like this is why I'm against them having these nice "toys".

You nailed the point that Darth should be focusing on. There was just no need that I can see for that kind of shite. Darth has no idea, any more than I do, if the warrant was legitimate or if this guy is out committing crimes. But what we all do know is that these guys came in like it was the middle of Baghdad.

Glad to see that no matter what I do for the rest of my life I'm still a TPOS, makes it easier to do right just knowing that I will never be considered an upstanding citizen no matter what I do. Thank you for insulting every criminal ever who changed their lives at one point or another and quit being criminals.

I did and I saw that and just because the Hells Angels donates to charities doesn't make them any less of a criminal organization. Sounds like this entire group of guys are a bunch of criminals.

This club is not the Hells Angels. What do they have to do with any of this? Do you have some knowledge of them being tied to the HA's? Or did you just pull that bullshite comparison out of your arse?

quote:

Have they straightened out their lives and only doing good? Dunno. Hope so. You don't know either though. My point was two fold. One, you were trying to make this guy out to be a saint only doing good. He's not. He's a criminal who I would never trust with a family member. But like I said, hopefully he's turned it around. Second, if he has NOT turned it around, which it doesn't seem he has unless the search was completely unwarranted(which no one knows either way), then he can do all the good deeds in the world and he's still a TPOS.

Well apparently he's not doing anything wrong or they'd have arrested him instead of just trashing his clubhouse and stealing his and other people's private property. And while you're down there busy licking on cop boots, why don't you help me understand what valid reasons the cops would need to confiscate those vests and that banner. I"ll hang up and listen.

Read the statement again Ag. I said if he has NOT changed his life around he's still a TPOS even if he donates his life savings to March of Dimes. If you've changed your life around, then great. More power to ya. Seriously.

They can be spelled that way. I use the "cut" spelling to keep down having to explain over and over what a "kutte" is. I figure the simplified spelling is better here.

Where did I say they were tied to the HA? My point was and is, if they are continuing to commit crimes then I don't give a shite how much community service they perform, they aren't magically turned into saints, they are still criminals. You don't know what these guys are doing any more than I do. So while I'm withholding that judgment and not condemning them, you are setting them up as saints that do nothing but good when the reality is you have no idea.

Yeah, that's logical.

I can think of reasons, none of which I know to be true. What if a witness to a robbery described a MC vest or whatever they took. Look, I will be completely on board with you if/when we find out or know that there really was no investigation and they only did it for harassment purposes. My point is you don't know any more than I do.

That's funny given how much shite I also receive for coming down on cops and their abuse of authority.

No, I'm just not tagging them as criminal until I see some evidence of them doing anything criminal. Guess I'm old fashioned but I still believe in the concept of innocent until proven guilty.

It is logical. If the cops had even a halfway justification for charging him and arresting him with anything, they'd have done so.

You're speculating. There's no mention about them being suspected of any robbery. Furthermore, from a link someone else gave earlier, this whole raid is looking more like a "mistake" by the state police.

Every time I see you post in a threat about bikers, you're one of the main ones to defend the police. Guess you think the police are too tough on everyone but bikers.

Let me guess, that guy standing barefoot in the middle of the road is one of us? He's a normal, 9-5 working man, takes care of his family, goes to church, etc. He's a pillar in the community and we would never even know he's part of a motorcycle gang.

First, they came for the Jews, and I did not speak up, because I was not a Jew...

Meh. I will be right on board with you if it plays out that way. I'm just saying that there's no where near enough information available to make a determination in this case one way or the other. If it comes out that it was, in fact, all a "mistake", I'll be right there with you. But I'm not going to go screaming their innocence either without knowing any of the facts.

Like I said earlier though, regardless of innocence or guilty, all the "toys" were not justified IMO and is enough reason to bark about the cops in this situation.

They're not. Just looks that way because 1. His pants are half way down his arse 2. His gut is hanging low hiding his legs.
