The one on the top. The four in the bottom picture have been proven time and again to all be liars.

Chicken, I know that's a rule. But what is the reason for it?

What message is that? The message that if the cops don't like you they can do whatever they want to and with you and all the while be wiping their arse with the Constitution of the United States of America? If so, then yeah. I bet they got the message.

Yeah, OK. frick the state. They knew what they were doing. And they did it exactly like they wanted. They wrecked their clubhouse and took the club cuts and the club banner they found. Even if there were a criminal investigation, those items would not have any value as evidence. They took those items to make sure their message was received. Now to cover their asses they'll say it was all a "mistake". I'm not buying their bullshite.

How is saying it was a mistake covering their asses?

Covering their arse would be saying that they had good evidence that there was criminal activity going on in the club, hence the raid.

BTW, from the last FB post linked, I saw a flier for a cancer benefit they're holding. I noticed one of the things the flier mentions is "Eagle Pines Falconry". Looks like this guy with the eagle is legit and is part of a raptor rescue group....

Eagle Pines Falconry

I go back to the issue of taking their cuts and the club banner from the clubhouse. Like i said, those things hold no value as evidence of anything. There's no valid reason to take any of them. And this is not the first time cops have raided a club and took their cuts and other club related items that have no value as evidence. It's an old cop move and complete and total bullshite.

Try reading the articles. The President and Sargent in Arms both admit they're criminals. Having said that, the use of all the military weaponry/vehicles is over kill. As for the search itself, not about to touch that on either side because we have no idea what led to it or what it was for.

He's a past criminal that from what I've read has turned his life around and is trying to do some good in his community. I did read the articles. Did you? I ask because the second link I posted was a news story about the good things he and his brothers are trying to do for their local community.

I don't know. Call me crazy but it seems a bit disturbing to me that the cops can drive up in armored cars, bust down doors, ransack personal property, take whatever they want, and when asked by the property owner for them to show him a search warrant they just point their AR-15's in his face.

I'm still laughing at the fact they brought that to a raid. shite like this is why I'm against them having these nice "toys". Judging by the pics of the bikers, doubt if you need a full SWAT team and armored vehicles for them. They were looking for a fight, trying to agitate those guys. You don't hear about bikers killing cops or shooting cops during raids, especially in Virginia.

I did and I saw that and just because the Hells Angels donates to charities doesn't make them any less of a criminal organization. Sounds like this entire group of guys are a bunch of criminals. Have they straightened out their lives and only doing good? Dunno. Hope so. You don't know either though. My point was two fold. One, you were trying to make this guy out to be a saint only doing good. He's not. He's a criminal who I would never trust with a family member. But like I said, hopefully he's turned it around. Second, if he has NOT turned it around, which it doesn't seem he has unless the search was completely unwarranted(which no one knows either way), then he can do all the good deeds in the world and he's still a TPOS.
