When holding both a fork and knife to cut food, do you hold the knife or fork in your dominant hand?

I tend to hold my fork in my dominant hand while eating, but switch it to my left hand when I pick up my knife to cut meat.

What say you?

If a steak requires a knife for cutting, it's too well done or the wrong steak for me to eat.

I have my butler cut everything into bite-sized pieces for me. Then my maids alternate between feeding me and fellating me.

So, do you ask for a new steak at a restaurant if you have to use a knife? Do you ask the server why they place a knife with your table setting?

Inquiring minds want to know.

Alternating during the meal? Is that sanitary?
