No, conditions will never be perfect. That is true with and without unions. But, your premise is faulty if you believe that unions actually attempt to better conditions, because all they are about is more for less. True scum.

I hate their unions. I hate unions so much that I actively read pro-Union books and propaganda to try and make myself understand how someone could knowingly become scum.

Sadly, it's true. I just got done reading the newest edition of Why Unions Matter by John Yates. I felt sick the whole time I was reading it, because I couldn't understand how someone could believe that drivel.
I read the NLRB decisions ever week. Witha the current Board, it's an exercise in torture. It reaffirms my hatred every Friday.

I put you in the same category as union ppl who say the same thing about workers who choose to not join the union.
Being a part of a union (or not) doesn't define who you are as a person. If it does for you then I cant help you.
