if it don't ,adjust dosage a time or two, then you try something different

start small, read other customers comments on different items, then decide.

the 5htp works for most folks. sometimes adding it to st. johns wort may enhance effects for sleep

you may not need 200mg...perhaps only 50mg, or 100mg

I only take it as I need it, 100mg or 200mg depending on circumstances

Apparently you get legally buy Adrafinil online. That is how modafinil was discovered because Adrafinil produced modafinil when ingested in the body. They were able to isolate Modafinil later so the former became obsolete.

I am assuming that the improvements are not kept if you quit taking it?

May have to take a look at the peptide, not big on taking meds though.
