In suprised more shift workers at the plants don't take this stuff when switching from day-->night shifts, since it's approved for shift workers. It's good stuff--focus/alertness without as many side effects as ritalin/adderall. Mainly just have to keep hydrated to avoid dehyration leading to headaches and remember to eat.
