I'm guessing these guys feel the need to interrogate every single person they see sporting a uniform.

Any member of the military could take one sideways glance at him see this guy was full of shite. There is sooooo much about his uniform that just screams out that he's playing dress up. That's why they called him out. To someone who knows what they're looking at, he's clearly fake as shite.

How is that? They were asking questions since it was obvious something is off. It was in a parking lot, not inside the funeral home as some are attempting to state.

They didn't try to start a fight with him, they didn't call him names. They told him they realized he was fake and that was it.

This. Seems that a bunch on here are getting their panties in a wad and calling out the Marines. Interesting...they must have been told they weren't man enough or something like that.

If I were in the military and in military dress, and these guys came up to me and started interrogating me, I'd tell them to gtfo (unless they were higher ranked or something).

and if you weren't and were just wearing it for shits and giggles....you would act just like the guy in the video.

Anyone in the military that would be supposed to in the uni would have 1) not been approached because they would be wearing it correctly 2) well, there is no 2.....

do actors not dress up in fake military garb for movie shoots? What's the difference here?

Why do people care or get offended about this?

I just don't get it.

Absolutely, my grandfather was a POW in Japan suffering through death marches being tossed into a pile of dead bodies when they thought he wouldn't make it and more to earn his silver star.

It's not just a pretty ribbon or a piece of metal. It's a symbol of the great men that allow all of us to sit here and argue about this shite. It allows the pussies who don't understand what it's all about to live that starbucks, bravo T.V. lifestyle.

Difference is they're not telling people they actually served.

Could you take a sideways glance and tell if he has a mental disorder?

I understand the need for respect for uniform, but people also need to understand some people just can't help some things. It can be hard to tell when someone has a severe mental disorder even when you are trained to spot it.

Let's take eating at a lunch table for example, it's disrespectful to eat with your food chewing with an open mouth. Would you call out a handicapped person for drooling and dropping food all over while people are eating lunch or would you understand that this person has a serious issue that doesn't need to be addressed?

We didn't have berets when I served. So what's wrong with it?

See, it is shite like that that make marines look bad too. Yes thank you for your service. I greatly appreciate everything you did. But there is no need to insult or beat your chest like you are billy bad arse. I am sure me, and plenty others, could have been marines if we chose to do so

For movies and shows, their uniforms aren't complete as there has to be something wrong. Also, they aren't going around telling people they are current or ex-service.
