Cartels likely paying them off not to fully legalize it. Would hurt them big time if legal.

Also, would this allow current MJ vendors to use banks instead of cash? That would help crime too.

Marijuana and all forms of testosterone and derivatives should be legal for purchase OTC.

You can't claim to be for small government and have dumb shite like that "illegal"

Wow I didn’t realize this. Does this mean dispensaries will be able to do business with banks?

They do business with banks everyday. The entire cannabis industry does.

The DEA’s proposal, which still must be reviewed by the White House Office of Management and Budget, would recognize the medical uses of cannabis and acknowledge it has less potential for abuse than some of the nation’s most dangerous drugs. However, it would not legalize marijuana outright for recreational use.

Well.... good try?

No major bank does. Its federally illegal for them to service the cannabis industry and the ones that do, the compliance needed isn’t worth the hassle.

Actually it went about as good as it could have for them. Grew the military, federal LEO, and built the private prison industry. Laundered money, hid assets, controlled foreign leaders.

No, its big pharma.

Weed is far too easy to grow and use yourself. Think what that would do to their pain killing monopoly?

You can smoke kava? Thought you basically just made a tea with it. At least that’s what I had in Fiji.

Sounds Great. More unemployable losers is just what will get the country moving again.

Unemployable losers will always be that unless they want to change. Does cannabis make them worse off? Probably. Shouldn’t prevent adult professionals from using cannabis if they chose to do so without being fired, fined, arrested and shamed. I think it’s excellent for stress, anxiety, depression. 100% not for everyone, but what is.

My buddy is a DEA agent with a drug task force that includes a few state guys and some deputies.

Weed isn’t even on their radar anymore. It would have to be an epic amount being moved to even get their interest up and then it would have to be something that could lead to a bigger prize.

Just moving it down the schedule?

Alcohol and tobacco are worse for you and much more addictive.

I've never been drug-tested for work.

Weed is federally illegal; FDIC isnt going to insure your money.
