It shows the victim with a fatal head injury and the sister shaking her and saying "Wake up sweetie. Rest in peace, sweetie".

Was she filming throughout the crash, or just the aftermath? In other words, is it one continuous video? Pretty hard to imagine a fatal accident for one passenger while the driver never loses her phone.

Yeah, kinda insane she hangs on to it. Her two sisters get tossed from the car.

I read on reddit she had taken a lot of Xanax.

i know of another situation of someone doing this and lets just say that the person had not a fricking clue what they were doing.... really bad series of events unfolded.

We visited an area in Stockton, and friends from Sacramento warned us that Stockton was rough and unpleasant. We saw the rough. Now the unpleasant got defined for all time.

I see what you are saying, but consider all the people who don't leave their cell phone in a car but will leave a child to die in sweltering heat.
