From the sound of it this kid never had a chance if all his family were involved in this bullshite. You don't see old people slinging crack or gang banging because they are either shot or in prison by 27-30.

As I'm digging around, that seems to be the case. Chuckie is a leader of the Vice Lords. Three rival gang members killed his grandson.

And why waste taxpayer money on 'due process' for the animals? What 'due process' did the poor kid have? Two well-placed bullets are due and nothing more.

Because maybe she was more worried about the car??? Who the hell knows. I have been to that Kroger and it is a 3rd world country at 1:15 pm. I can't imagine any rational human being leaving their kid, alone in a running car at 1:15 am.
Curiously, this sketchy grocery store is the closest grocery store to the high dollar neighborhoods in Jackson.
Jackson just sucks, period. I lived there for 2 years in the 90's and got the F out. Spent the last year there 2 times a month helping my SIL when she had treatments. There are roads in that town that are simply unnavigatable. It's like they've been hit with mortar fire - and the city does nothing.
ETA there is this small, locally owned grocery store where decent people, regardless of color, shop to avoid the rif-raff at that Kroger. It's small and expensive, but it's relatively safe.
Oh, and the Wal-Mart??? I swore off that place in 1997. Don't even want to imagine what it's like now.

that's what I figured. Just speculating but I think the shooter will get convicted of capital murder and be sent to death row. He will be protected since he will be isolated in a one man cell and be locked up 23 hrs each day. The other two scum will probably testify against the shooter and either get life or decades in prison. They will probably be fricked once they reach general population at Parchman. Believe it or not but these gangsters have literature and commandments that they have to abide by. If they don't they get violated. Since these thugs are young, murdered a kid, and probably are only soldiers I can see their own gang giving them up to the Vice Lords to keep the peace or taking care of it themselves. There only hope will be to request to be put into protective custody. Hopefully they are too ignorant to realize that's an option

To play devil's advocate, most stolen vehicles in Jackson seemed too be found dumped in apartment complexes etc. not too far from where they were stolen. These guys went the opposite direction of where you would look if you were looking for a vehicle involved in a routine Jackson carjacking. They actually went toward the more "enforced" areas in terms of law enforcement. Believe it or not, even though it was the middle of the night, Gluckstadt is fairly active late at night. You've got a 24 hour Krystal and Sonic and those two convenience stores. Lots of the Nissan and Nissan supplier night shift folks go there on their break. A delayed alert avoided raising awareness in the area. Possibly all coincidence but sticks out to me.

And one other coincidence, look at the Madison county tax rolls. Seems to be a few people who share the mother's last name who have property in the general area. No idea if they are related, but something that seems noteworthy.

This is one of the comments under that video. Dont know if there is any truth to it or not. Either way, what a fricked up situation. You can hear the pain in his fathers voice. I dont know how i'd go on living if something like that happened to one of my children.
