Maybe I'm just jaded because I see this kind of stuff a lot, but it seems every time a young man gets caught for murder they always finger an older guy as the one who pulled the trigger.

as I understand it (and I may be wrong... and probably am) in a lot of states, it doesn't matter, if you're there and someone dies... and don't immediately go to the police... you're just as liable as the actual murderer
but police will try to help those who do eventually talk get lighter sentences... essentially put in a good word with the DA

As a parent why the hell would you leave your kid in the car by himself/herself let alone at night with the car running. To the guy who shot the kid in the head he is a piece of shyt and he deserves to die. If they were going to steal the car why not let the kid out the car. There was no damn reason to kill him just a sad story. My family lives in the Jackson area and they just can't believe people would do something like that.

This thing is getting bizarre.
Mother did not alert police there was a child in the back seat for over two hours. They spent two hours filling out paperwork for a stolen vehicle before she mentioned it. Initial call came in around 230 am. Amber alert at 445 am
