If I had my way in this world. that guy would have been taken into custody with his hands cuffed behind his back and dragged by his feet and face down. And I would take the most round about route to the station. I might take avery damn road I could find.
So you are saying you are a despicable human being much like this suspect.

This story makes me sick to my stomach. How can a human being be so heartless. The murderer(s)' parents probably deserve a bullet as well

STFU

Vigilante justice had no place in a civilized society and by way of defending it you have shown your arse.

Ridgeland High School has the resources of Madison and the demographics of Jackson. The mayor once said his biggest regret was allowing apartments to be built.

According to the Hinds County Sheriff's office, his mom, Ebony Archie, arrived at Kroger in her Toyota Camry and ran inside the store for a few minutes. She allegedly left her car running and her son inside the car.

Main suspect is 18 and has a child already. If he is convicted, the child will grow up without a father and the cycle continues more than likely

ridgeland is a great town. i get the whole apartment thing but it feels like a more well-rounded town than the isolated bubble of madison where we live.

There's no traceable motive. Stealing a 2000 Camry when you're in a nicer car

The mother is suspicious

If the Cops know, without a shadow of a doubt, who shot him, the dude shouldn't make it to 6pm without a bullet in the exact same spot little man got shot.

Call it heartless, racist, any damned -ist you want. Screw due process in this case. Don't waste tax payer money letting these dudes live another day.

I saw someone recently refer to Ridgeland as the most Mississippi town in Mississippi.

You have multi-million dollars houses on one side flanked by St. Andrew's and Renaissance, and you have $300/month apartments on the other side. You have trailer parks in another area, and modest homes in another.

You have really great parks and youth sports facilities, and you have ghetto chain link basketball courts that regularly see brawls.

It is the damnedest thing.

You make a good point. This was from 2009:

8 arrested in drug-related kidnapping for ransom

JACKSON, MS (WLBT) - A 17-year-old kidnap victim was taken to a Jackson hospital Wednesday night after being beaten in a drug related kidnapping. Police have eight people in custody.

It all started at a house at 5072 Lurline Drive in Jackson.

Marshall Fisher, director of the state Bureau of Narcotics says while conducting an investigation, officers with the Jackson Enforcement Team or JET received information that a 17-year-old male had been kidnapped and was being held for ransom.

The mother of the victim was contacted by the suspects and she overheard her son being beaten and begging for help.

One neighbor who did not want to be identified says he has called police numerous times about drug activity and problems at this house. "Traffic all times of day, loud music, dope selling. It's just been a problem on this street

Eight people face kidnapping, extortion and aggravated assault charges: 23-year-old William Dinkins of Byram, 18-year-old Robert Tremayne Hurst, 20-year-old Justin Hurst , 33-year-old Dwan Diondro Wakefield, 32-year-old Louis Donquese Strahan, 19-year-old Justin Demond Haynes, 53-year old Donald Thompson all of Jackson, and 17- year-old Donterrian Wilson who is from Taylorsville.

Investigators say the victim was severely beaten at the house on Lurline Drive.

A total of 64 calls resulted in multiple arrests for possession of narcotics, disturbing the peace and firearms violations.
