Pretty sure that's not the right amount. Son has $1200 from Ull and highest tops. His bill was right more than $1000.
Unless the op ull amount did t include fees then it'll be more than that.

Every elected official that played a part in gutting TOPS needs to be defeated in the next election cycle!

What are the dorm fees now? I understand that better dorms cost more. Do you know the range?

ULL fall 2015 tuition and fees was 5025. No way is a student going to ULL paying what is in the OP.
That may be what TOPS will pay .. Maybe I misread/misunderstood. I'm thinking my son will pay 5025 - 1200 (ull Schorly) - 1500 give or take TOPS = $2325.
Not bad by any means and I'm not complaining ... Just very different from when my older son had TOPS. Of course fees and tuition are different as well.
Still cheaper than catholic school tuition ... Until you add in any living expenses.

Student loan, then pay for your semesters via summer job going forward.
