$20K left over. $10K for engine/suspension mods.
$10K goes back to the bank.
OR
1969, 390HP 427 convertible 4 speed. Can get one for around $55K. It will do nothing but appreciate in value.
Or maybe a mid 90's Viper with about $10K worth of upgrades. Total = $50K.

Does it have to be limited to 2?
I already have my Wrangler, so I'd find a pristine CJ8 Scrambler. Probably end up paying $18k for that. Then I'd spend around $2,500 on an older Cherokee. Maybe a 99-01 model, 4WD with the I-6. Get an older 2 door Tacoma 4x4. I'm guessing $8,500. Then spend about $8.5k getting them all how I'd like them. Buy the wife a luxury SUV with the other half of the money.
