Now let me get this straight. You have to get some kind of slip so you won't be towed in order to eat at this restaurant. Absolutely hilarious. Anyone that eats there deserves to be towed

This is the way to do it (if you don't mind being a dick). Call the tow company, say your car was illegally towed and you want it back for free. When they refuse, tell them your calling the cops to report it as stolen. If they still refuse then, actually call the cops (call the non-emergency number though, not 911)

This will not turn out well, every cop and sheriff deputy in that town is on the Christmas gift list of the tow companies. Besides being just annoyed by the call, if the cops figure out you knew the car was towed, and they will, they could tag you with making a false report.

this is why if doing business in lafayette, you must have a tapout sticker on your car. the tapout sticker shows that you are a local and is basically a get out of jail free card.

shady as frick anyway
Several years ago I had some buds that were in the restaurant biz. They took me to Tampico's for a party because the manager was "cool."

He was a crooked, dirty piece of shite. I knew I'd never eat at Tampico's again.

Fast forward a few years when Agave opened in River Ranch, the manager that greeted me was that same sonofabitch from Tampico's.

No more Agave for me, ever. Good luck to all who eat there.

I actually think I know that manager from Tampico's. He let me buy margaritas for me and my girlfriend when I was 17. Granted I had a fake id but it was pretty obvious it was fake. I thought he was cool at the time.

So who do I call to get this thread towed to the Food and Drink Board?

You see anyone here reviewing a baked potato? Yeah...I didn't think so. Shut the frick up noob.

OP just keep pounding the media. frick them and I know a couple others they did the same thing too. Spent a few hundred at the restaurant walk out and the cars are gone. They are in this from jump street.

This requires a Tony Soprano type response. Get the accelerant.

Towing companies are some of the worst people you will ever meet. You can fight it all you want but you really are just wasting your time. You won't get your money back or anything like that.

You could easily do $1000 worth of plumbing issues to their restroom. Might want to go back and eat there one more time.

My buddy just read this thread and said, "Although Agave won't do anything or return my messages in the end, I'm glad we have some people who have decided not to go to their restaurants ever again."

He also plans to reach out to the local news, and hope there's enough information for a story. I really would love to stick it to these guys for being such pricks.

What's your email? I know one of the owners personally. Will pass this on to him.

Tell your friend to steal the captain Morgan statue on the outside patio. That will show those agaveians .
