That is a great question that if you investigate further, might lead you to some conclusions on your own.

Also, this is a great outline of some inconsistencies:

OK. I've stayed out of this so far. But I was reading through these "inconsistencies" when I came across this.....

quote:

Sandy Hook Elementary School was not an active school because its Internet site had zero activity from 2008 to 2012 according to the Wayback Machine’s digital archive (pg. 34). With city demographics of average family income over $100,000/year, this lack of website data is powerful evidence that the school was not open the four years prior to the alleged massacre. In addition, this 7-minute video shows cars in all other elementary schools in the area, but NOT at Sandy Hook. The school was also non-ADA compliant and in disrepair (pg. 31), with all photo evidence that it is was used by the district for storage.

So this guy is claiming Sandy Hook Elementary had actually been closed since 2008? Sandy Hook is a town of about 11,000 people. Are we to believe that when the story of the shooting first broke there was not dozens, or even hundreds of people in that town asking "what the hell were kids doing at a school that's been closed for four years?" Surely in a town of 11,000 people this question would have come up had the school really been closed for four years as this guy is claiming.

These kooks mock people by claiming that if they aren't a conspiracy theorist they simply believe everything the government/media say; then they take as fact fairytales spun by anonymous losers on the Internet. But, to avoid critique they don't make any factual claims themselves, and pose as thoughtful sceptics asking important questions that officials refuse to answer.

I read your link as a curiousity. I have no stance on this issue. I have not researched it.

But if this is true, wow. Quoting from your link:

quote:

Thirteen different Sandy Hook memorial websites were captured in dated screenshots proving they were created before the alleged shootings. This means either criminal complicit foreknowledge of mass murders or criminal complicity in a hoax. Either way, this evidence is damning and requires arrests with criminal investigation.

quote:

The Social Security Death Index and FBI show zero deaths of alleged victims (pgs. 161 to 167). This means that these alleged people either did not have Social Security numbers or did not exist; the FBI report confirms that they did not exist. This also demands criminal investigation.

quote:

All of the 20 alleged victims’ families moved to Newtown between 2007 and 2011, and almost all from 2009 to 2011 (pgs. 239 to 244), with 14 receiving their ~$500,000 homes for a recorded sales price of $0. (ten on Christmas Day, 2009), according to official government records. This means someone paid a likely illegally-large gift to these families, which given all other evidence demands criminal investigation.

The link to the evidence was provided by another poster. There is literally a book written about this. Read the book. Look at the evidence. There are numerous professionals that are stating this is a hoax. Stating that if you don't believe in Sandy Hook you don't believe in the Holocaust is asinine and moronic.

The real question is whether this professor and other infowars types are more stupid or more evil.

I don't claim to know or understand exactly what happened or the motive behind what happened that day. I can, however, read and think for myself.

Pretty sure an executive order was just signed this week regarding gun control.

3 years after the incident with countless other mass shootings between now and then

doesn't really seem like Sandy Hook helped

Well that's nice.

The conspiracies have been debunked if you're willing to search for information that goes against what you want to believe. There have literally been Web pages published. Read and think for yourself.

All of this exists in much higher numbers about the Holocaust.

Why should there be vitriol? Sandy Hook Truthers believe there was no tragedy. That's different from disrespecting the dead.

Harassing the parents the parents for 'proof' of their dead child and publicly defaming their character is disrespectful to the living and the dead.

It's the flip side of Kardashian America, the opposite of low-information America. It's people that are OVERWHELMED with a combination of paranoia, ideology and sketchy "information". They want so badly to believe that it's all tied together and that they and a few other "enlightened" truth-seekers are the only ones who are brave enough to see "the truth". It's the paranoid style of American politics and it's every bit as damaging as complete know-nothings. One side find that ignorance is bliss, the other needs a narrative to conform to their personal biases and paranoia, even if the facts are easily discover-able in ten minutes. It's contemptible on a moral basis and simply not worth entertaining on an intellectual level. You can't fix these people.

fricking nailed it. It seems to be a growing segment of society as well. I'm shocked by the amount of otherwise normal and relatively intelligent people that fall into it. They are like the bastard children of talk radio and the Internet.
