We have a fishing tournament then shoot a ton of ammo from all sorts of different firearms.

3 Yeti coolers full of beer, a full bar and all the green you could ever smoke.

YEEHAW! Christmas with a bunch of fricking drunks.

Even when I was hardcore drinking and drugging, I was always glad my mother was a non-drinker and Christmas was a sober affair at the family house.

One question. If you're going to be drunk at Christmas, why drink that cheap shite Makers?

My grandfather (RIP), who dropped out of school in eighth grade, took every drug known to man in the 60s and was one hell of a character, started a tradition, when my mom was a kid, that the first person in lake family to say Christmas Eve Gift to another member of the family on Christmas Eve had to give them one present to open early.

Mom has continued it forever and other parts of the family do it also

It’s more of a rule than a tradition, but under no circumstances will I allow socks to be given as a Christmas gift in my house.

oh boy. Not even taking Christmas Eve off as trying to be “that guy”

If you can’t have a holiday drink w your family without getting drunk, it says more about you.

Sounds like a great way to laugh, enjoy each others company and share a e cocktail.

Nice.

My favorite Christmas Eve is to take a loaf of fresh French bread. Slice it in half and butter toast it in the griddle. Then pull out and lay out a thick layer of honey baked ham. Then cheeses and put under low broil till cheese is melty

Pull out dress w what you like.

Make two of those one pretty plain one w lots of toppings.

Day is normally shrimp fettuccine, green salad and yeast rolls

bro-in-law is from WAY down the bayou. we get the family on the phone that had the misfortune of moving to the East Coast and he reads The Cajun Night Before Christmas in full regalia. Hell, even the older kids that are attending Yankee colleges love it and look forward to it every year.
