I'm an old man in the master's 45-49 scaled division but I am ranked 4th in Louisiana and 65 in the South Central region.

I wouldn't get too specific on that or these OT sleuths will search the leaderboard and get your real name and shite.

ETA: We are all old. I was T20 in the Louisiana in my age group for 17.3

Who is ready for 17.4?

I fully expect a 15.5 redo, but with DB thrusters.

27/21/15/9 Cal Row/DB Thusters (50/35)

16.4 redo for 17.4

13 min AMRAP

55 wallballs 20/14
55 Cal Row
55 HSPUSs

Did this workout not too long ago and ripped a callous 13 reps in.

I'm sure you are in amazing shape but is there a scaled division? I thought 1 Rx Rep placed higher and I figure you got a bunch of folks going w low scores in RX

Not doing 17.4 but will probably redo my 2k row instead.

Back is still bothering me and deadlifts at 225 would be a terrible idea

I should get to the wall with close to 3 min left.

I can go 30 or so strict HSPUs unbroken when I'm fresh so my goal is sets of 5 with a 10 sec break between sets. I'll be close to 45-50 HSPUs staying on that pace.

The online leaderboard can be filtered to show scaled only.

Except, no one here plays real sports except bmac.

Beer league softball, flag football and pickup basketball isn't anything to brag about.

Rx: 177

I got 18HSPU last year and only 6 this year. I completely redlined on the row. My soul died a little on the row

I died on the row last year but I crushed a leg workout yesterday at lunch, and it slowed my deadlift and wallballs by at least 1 min combined.

I did my HSPUs strict because I knew that kipping would have taken longer and I didn't have much time to go.

What is this? The rhythm which one must maintain?

Deadlifts done at 3:40, 42 seconds slower than 16
Wall balls done at 7:25
Rower at 10:56. 30 seconds better than 16

7 hspu and no cervical fracture, 4 better than last year, no ill effects at all. The.slower efficient pace on the DL paid off for me. Last year I suffered. I did an EMOM 15 minutes after this one. Watched a fella get mid way thru second set of DL.

I'm just too big to do many HSPU
