Looks like it's missing a trigger as well as a way to load it, unless they use it like a mortar tube.

Bingo. That "grenade launcher" is blocking where the magazine goes and it lacks any visible trigger or way to even load it. It looks like they took some PVC, painted it black, and zip tied it to and Airborne version of an AK.

Here's what it would look like if those were real...

You can't load a fricking mag in the weapon.
