Usually they don't give the names if they're minors, but they do if the accused are tried as adults.
I'm thinking they get a few good years of juvy, or something like that until they're 18.

Okay, this is sick and tragic, and the most important thing is that the victim survived.
However, there is absolutely no reason anyone that young should be charged as an adult. The legal definition of an adult is 18; children should be processed/rehabilitated exclusively through the juvenile court system.
