TV Shows/Commercials Flashing Quickly Between Pics/Scenes

Anyone else hate when you're watching TV and the show is flashing so quickly between scenes that you can't even understand what's going on? I see a ton of commercials, especially car/truck advertisements that flash so quickly between scenes you barely get to see the vehicle. Almost seems like they know it's crappy TV/products and they're just trying to make it seem flashy but it annoys the hell out of me and I can't even watch it.

And why do they make corn so tough these days? It's like they want us to break our jaws or something. Back in the day, corn manufacturers took pride in providing quality corn that a man could chew without losing a tooth. Nowadays it's all about how much money they can make, not quality.

What channel/network are you watching? This only happens with local TV stations for me.

I have Direct TV. Commercials are OOC but the DVR keeps me sane.

I don't think he's talking about those broadcast glitches where Fox 44 or NBC 33 randomly shite the bed and flash a frame from a commercial followed by 2 full minutes of the station's logo. Sounds like TV is just moving too fast for him nowadays.

There are commercials that show a good looking woman's arse or a car sliding sideways for 5 nanoseconds. You try to focus harder the next time it comes on and you still can't see it long enough to process / remember it as you'd like to.
