Well, I can see the problem right there on the diagram...you're a fricking whiny bitch. Once you are parked in your spot, you should just hop out and go talk to one of the attendants (any one will do - because none of them will give even the faintest glimmer of fricks) and tell them how you feel.
Or you could take it up with one of the folks parked in one of those spots. I'm sure they'll be more than sympathetic to your yeast infection.

You sound like a Prius driving bitch. You're pretty much the problem with America. You're going to cry on the internet and throw a fit because you have to wait maybe 2 minutes longer for 6 trucks to leave a spot they were directed to park in. Next time you're waiting in the ferry line, you should go truck to truck and tell all the men driving them that they better not park their fricking trucks in one of those spots.

DOT is operations. And I've talked to "chris" a few times. He has affirmed what is "supposed to happen" and sent me a copy of the SOP.

6 trucks that take maybe thirty seconds to back in/ out each? So 4 maybe 6 minutes of waiting time? On the ferry? So you can get to work?

Putting trucks in the stalls maximizes space, since trucks are the longest personal vehicle, and they take up the most space. By putting only trucks in the stalls, they can maximize the use of the stalls, and therefore be able to put the maximum amount of cars onto the ferry
