Get permission from the whiny babies first to make sure they are ok with talking about something so far out there.
If you do, make sure the title is correct so as to not imply it could form, might form, or anything like that. Put a disclaimer as such.

I agree with pj. It's too far out and will get swept out to sea within a few days. Nothing to see there.
