Unless you are a student abroad, or on a school related trip, or are on spring break traveling, is it trashy to wear college clothes?

I understand white trash is gonna white trash, but if it's not football season, and a non-alum is in San Francisco sporting a [insert college here] sweatsuit and hat, it's trashy.

What says the OT?

Travel with or without college gear?

I think you worry about what other people wear entirely too much.

I feel sorry for you. It's only trashy if the clothing came from Walt Marks.

I do it, and 75% of the time, I'll hear a "Geaux Tigers" shouted my direction.

Gotta throw your colors out there. We everywhere baw.

I never really gave that much thought to other people's clothes.
I like to "Tiger Bait" other non-Bama SEC school fans when I see them about. I avoid Bama fans.

Hats not too much.
.
Nice pullovers and golf shirts are ok.
.
Game day type t-shirts shirts are terrible.

Not at all. I rock the colors of both my schools offer while traveling if I am not suited up.

I love getting a "go tigers" over seas. My favorite was when I was standing on the bank of the river Jordan in Israel ???? and another tiger was on the Jordan ???? side. I kept hearing a faint "go tigers" and finally spotted him in his p&g on the other side of the river.

I may be.. not sure. Have never really been called trashy though. I just don't have the mentality of a 16 year old and don't give a shite about what another man wears

As long as you're not wearing zubaz, it's fine.

I keep forgetting I'm on a southern college message board, so it's pretty custom to wear school colors when traveling even if said person has no academic affiliation with school colors.

My bad. It's def a culture thing.

I always found it amusing when I would fly in/out of Baton Rouge the amount of people flying(year round) wearing head to toe LSU gear(LSU hat, shirt, hoodie jacket, etc) carrying their LSU duffel bags/carry-ons/backpacks.
