Trash service in Ascension

Who should I get? Almost went with Republic. They do a combo solid waste and recycle for 25/month (1 year price, goes up to 29 in second year, 2-year agreement). Then I noticed a $100 delivery fee in addition to a $50 deposit. Seems extremely high to me. Especially the delivery fee.

Have you seen the trash that lives in Ascension Parish? Seems like a decent price to deal with all that.

We have waste pro as well. Up to four cans and they will pick up stuff left on the ground beside your can. We have twice per week but I've heard that some of their routes only go once per week, so you might want to check on that.

Dale's $72 a quarter. Once-a-week pickup.

We use Dale's also
they come by my house on Monday morning, which is especially good after weekend crawfish boils

Before I moved out of Ascension, we had Dale's, price is high ($75/mo) but the once a week pickup was never enough with one trashcan for our family. We are a family of 5 and it was always overflowing after 7 days.

What sold me besides the price is the two times (in 4 years) I have had to call them asking that they send the truck back out because I forgot to bring it to the curb and I had a full can. I would have certainly understood if they told me no but the lady on the phone was awesome and rerouted the truck later that day.
