So has Hog on the hill outed itself as a trans yet? By its earlier responses, I think that's where we're headed. It's ok Hog, we aren't here to hurt you.

You realize they can't give their actual opinions most of the time if they don't agree with a certain agenda? It's a lynch mob.

No it's not. DNA don't lie or change .... however mental defects can be fixed sometimes. They should try that first. Educate yourself.
Biological sex obviously does not change, but gender is distinct from sex. Gender has to do with the social and cultural differences between male and female. Most people are gender-conforming, meaning their gender matches their sex. A small proportion of the population is not. Some of those gender-nonconforming people suffer from gender dysphoria, which means they have psychological problems like anxiety that are associated with the mismatch between their body (their sex, their genitals, their stature, etc) and their gender.
Yes, sometimes gender dysphoria can be successfully treated without surgery or hormone therapy. Sometimes gender dysphoria goes away. Sometimes gender nonconforming people change and become gender conforming people.
But that doesn't happen for all patients. Sometimes, medical professionals and their patients discover that some form of transition is the best fit for the patient.
I will always advocate for leaving it up to the patients and their medical support. I think society in general should be more educated and understanding of trans issues so we can stop stigmatizing people who face these challenges.
