Traffic around Slidell/Stateline question?

Headed to Orange Beach tomorrow and returning Sunday. Are there still issues with traffic, one-lane only, etc... around there? Should I take the alternate route on 90/190 previously posted here? TIA!

And to add to that, Waze will take you through the detour if necessary or keep you on I10 if it is flowing fine.

I didn't realize it was that hard to operate google maps on your phone to check traffic.

Well Artie Rome and BB Mcgee, thanks for the advice ,and so sorry I troubled you douchebags that you had to leave such insightful comments. Wish I had more time to bookmark such "Great websites" but my hands are full with my family and full time job than to use them for my phone in one hand and the other one on something else - Have a nice day!

I was told that westbound delays would be until the end of the year.
Delays depend on when (i.e. Labor Day weekend) and what time you hit that stretch.
Every time I go to Biloxi now, I take 90 into Slidell.
