How is it any different than most cities in the world?

Hey! Let's take away the dangerous areas, and then see how much crime we have! What a novel idea!

So does everyone else.

I also work downtown and ride my bike back and forth to home.

I've visited Nashville a few times, and it seems like a nice enough place.

However, I don't know how one can possibly argue that a city in which "everyone" lives in the suburbs could be a top 10 city worldwide, by any possible measure.

I'm on week 2 of a 3 week stint working here in Vancouver.

Yep, it's better.

It would be helpful to know the measure we're talking about for one thing.

nashville has great jobs, a booming economy, beautiful downtown, little traffic woes, great music, no state income tax, typically gets ALL FOUR SEAONS and ITS IN THE frickING SOUTH so people are really nice.

contrast that with living on that frozen gnat infested landmass above north dakota.

I'm never sure if you're an actual idiot, or if you just enjoy playing one on the OT. Either way, you're terrible

No fat people.

and thats not a troll, I've been here 2 weeks and everyone is fit. I could have made a yoga pants thread just from walking around downtown on Saturday. I feel lazy here compared to everyone else and thats a direct contrast to how I feel in Louisiana.

I have. I prefer Toronto to London, but I'd much rather live in a place like Rome than either.
