we always stay at the drury inn. perfect location and a good price.

French Quarter Guest Houses have many good properties. Their Inn on Ursulines is a great location. We stayed in the King Deluxe and really enjoyed it. It's not a typical hotel room, you'll 100% know you're in the French Quarter. We found it romantic.

I stayed at the Marriott at the Convention Center a few weeks ago. Scored a great deal on priceline. Its walking distance to the quarter(like 3 blocks) and to the WWII museum.
