Tiny bumps on arms in summertime

I thought for a long time i was getting bites, so started putting Benadryl cream on them, but now I’m thinking it’s more of a heat rash from sweating. There’s too many to be bites, and they are super tiny, never big/swollen like a mosquito bite and really don’t itch at all, just bothersome.
Anyone else experienced this? What did do you use to treat it? I admittedly don’t ever put anything on my arms, including sunscreen. I don’t moisturize my arms or anything. So I’m curious if anyone else has used something to help this.
I changed my body wash thinking maybe I was allergic or something, next step is probably dermatologist I guess.
But it’s only on my arms past my shirt sleeve, nowhere else on my body. They easily scratch off and it’s just clear fluid.

Do you have them mostly on your right palm?

What do you put on that? Hydrocortisone?

If you happen to be drinking beer and handling lemons or limes then there is a special kind of hell that can form in tiny blisters on your skin

Probably not if it doesn't itch.
If it's only in the summer I'd guess heat rash.

I had a few on the top oof my right hand and wrist. It’s heat rash, it has happened to me before but is rare.

Hyperkeratosis Pilaris
Also vitamin A deficiency or lack of nutrient absorption
I have some issues with nutrient absorption and get small red bumps on my upper arm when I consume gluten but dairy does not seem to matter.

I second vitamin A deficiency. My kid had those bumps on the back of his arms and I started giving vitamin A drops. Cleared up after a couple of weeks.

So it’s on your exposed skin?
