They've been experimenting with weather control since the seventies, they just can't control it as precisely as they would like. This was initially intended to prevent Zika migration from Paraguay but the powers that run our government lost control of the operation and now it is Frankenstein's monster running free. This will get worse before it gets better.

Frankly, I think we are going to get pounded by a major hurricane in the coming month or so. All of this rain saturating the soil is the worst case scenario for us pre-hurricane.
