This video says yes. I'm not convinced but it would be awesome to go back in time and smoke Adolph Hitler as a 20 year old.

If you're smoking anyone it should be Gavrilo Princip- without him WWI doesn't happen, which means Hitler doesn't get pissy, which means the Middle East stays peaceful, and jihadism doesn't exist.

You may not be able to change time in our point of view.
Say you go to 1923 and put Hitler down in the Beer Hall Putsch before he is known and takes power. The world goes on without Hitler, no US military buildup, the Soviet Union goes on to be the world's superpower.
Though the timeline you came from should still exist or you wouldn't exist, but you created a new timeline in which there never was a Hitler. The world you came from would still exist because it has to. If your timeline changed, then there is a great possibility that such a change in the line would lead to an event when you were never born, so you never went back to stop Hitler, so then Hitler took power and then you were born. It's an endless loop.
So there really can't be a way to change our timeline.
Which is one of the zillions of reasons Time Travel is probably never going to happen. Interdimensional travel is more likely.
