Y'all should watch some of this guy's talks.
Based on what? What makes you ADD?
Hyperactivity isn't really a symptom for adults, at least externally. It is outgrown in adolescents in most cases. Hyperactivity aligns more with anxiety disorders. UMass has some good studies on it.
And since it is a developmental disorder, one should be able to handle it better as they further develop.
Impulsivity, easy to emotions including anger, a failure to regulate one's normal emotions are an enormous part of ADHD.
