This may very well be the dumbest advertisement ever (NSFWish)

Despite the picture.
Basically they want to get rid of the cows so that people have water to bathe. However, I'm guessing they didn't think that taking the water away from the millions of cattle farms subjects the animals to death? Then what do you do with them? Dig a hole and bury them? There are over 5mm head of cattle in CA.
Not very well thought out.
