So what? Police are supposed to be professional. They are given great responsibility. A lot of them act like thuggish bullies. These cops and any who do this should be thrown in prison. If they can't handle not blaming a race for actions of people of that race they encounter, they should stop acting like a little bitch and find a new job. Comprende????

These threads embarrass the shite out of me as a white person. The amount of appalling racism on display by posters in these threads really worries me given its much easier to display your true feelings on a message board vs real life. I wonder if there's this much latent racism throughout all the south.

The citizen in question was "no sir/yes sir" the entire time and didn't instigate a single thing. The cop started punching the dude in the face when he called a friend to come validate the fact that he was sitting on his mom's front fricking steps.

Jesus Christ. The guy was polite, friendly, and tried to do everything he could to prove that he resided there. The cops obviously pushing and harassing him and pushing Him? Why not just go to the neighbors like he suggested for validation?

Why don't these people just comply and nothing will happen to them, right?

The police state is scary to watch. What's even worse is seeing the inevitable comments that support or rationalize it. But 'Murica and the Constitution, right?

Statistics show where more whites are killed by police yearly than blacks. I've said all along just pull the police presence out of black neighborhoods and let Darwinism take over. Even if true, which I'm not saying it's not, I'm just not going to look it up right now. But, even if true, you can't just take this and say the cops murdered an unarmed black man because he was black.

Were they running? Were they fighting the cops? Did they use their cars as weapons perhaps? Did they threaten cops? Etc etc

And I'm not saying doing those things means they should have been shot and killed. I'm just saying there could have been things happening that may have caused the cops to shoot the person. They don't just go around hunting people, regardless of color. They actually put their lives on the line going in to the hood to try and help people that hate them, when those same people that hate them get in deep shite and need help.

I am not defending cops, they're not my favorite people. I've been arrested before when I was younger with something revolving around drugs. When they arrested me they had 11 cops cars with a few of those that had 2 cops in them (there was like 14 or 15 cops). When they came at me, their guns were drawn and I was being given commands from them on what to do. I did exactly as they said, exactly, and nothing happened to me or them.

All I'm saying is a lot of times, there's more to the stories.

White people do understand that there is a problem.

People understand that in many/most instances (this is probably not one of them) if you comply with an officer you are much better off to battle him/her in the courts than battle him/her in the street.

The officer in this instance should be fired. If that hasn't happened I would guess that it will. If it doesn't we need to get rid of police unions.
