I ate at Brent's Drugs with my wife's friend the other day. Place kind of sucks. "OMG it's an old place and they filmed scenes of 'The Help' there!"

Sorry you didn't like what you had, but it's an above average breakfast/brunch place (which are the only times I've been there), especially given the competition. Good luck finding anywhere worth a shite to eat on a Sunday in that area besides Brents.

Yeah, I guess the environment is pretty cool. I'll try the breakfast/brunch next weekend. I'll report back.

Jackson is infamous for being shut down almost completely on Sunday, so it's about as good as you'll get in the area. I went about a month ago and was pretty impressed. Haven't been there for a true lunch though, so their lunch may very well not be as good.
