people who don't drive with there hazards on in torrential down pours. Hello! i can barely see 5 feet in front of me - little help with seeing the other cars on the road would be nice!

When they treat a yield sign like a stop sign when there are no signs of cars.
Or when a motherfricker is in front of you in a right turn only lane driving slow on a green arrow, but as soon as they see it turn yellow they go fast enough to make the turn

People who are too high and mighty to stay in the line when there is a merge for construction really hack me off. That's the one that screms "I'm an a-hole". Most of the others that irritate me are people not paying attention.
The other is people just hanging out in the area that is probably my blind spot.

Drivers who pull out of the right lane on the interstate to get in to the merge Lane during traffic to try and pass everyone up.
Also when I have a blinker on trying to get over on the interstate, drivers who purposely close the gap. It's like I have to not use my blinker and sneak over in order to change lanes and exit

People who slow down so they can look at an accident on the other side of the interstate, bringing traffic to a crawl. I can turn my head at 75 mph as easily as I can at 20 mph . Similarly, people to come to a crawl when a cop is giving someone a ticket. It's not like the cop is going to stop giving the ticket and come chase you down.
