Yep, but cursive is gone... not worth learning anymore. Never really was IMO... I stopped writing in cursive when i reached college... couldn't read my own writing.

Auto shops you can trust. All of the family owned places are almost non-existent.

I'd say handmade toys. When I was younger there was this old dude who lived close that could easily take a piece of wood, carve it up and make awesome things from it very quickly.

You don't really see people who can do that everywhere.

Pirogues
Wooden duck decoys
Saddles
Things made by hand as opposed to being mass produced. Sure you can still get the items I mention, but not like the ones the old timers made by hand.

I've only seen them in barber shops.

I saw them and the straps before. More so the strap across my arse when I was a kid.

Wood boat building. It's a lost art. Doing my best to show as many people as I can.

You realize that cursive was designed for more efficient use of a quill pen, right?

When's the last time you've used a quill pen?

racists

The reason they are harder to find is not just because old people are dying off but because the "modern" racists hide their racist beliefs better. Old racists were just blatant and open about it. Also, racism is becoming more and more common within other races besides "white".
