Ketchup packets from fast food places in the fridge.
Dirty toilets/showers/mirrors.
The "poor smell", a mix of dirty diapers, rotten food, b.o., and stale cigarette smoke. You can smell it before you even step on the porch.
Chihuahuas.
Univision.
Fake plants.
Fast food bags.
Sonic cups.
Receipts from Huck Finn's.
Large Abreva bottles laying in plain sight.
A medicine cabinet full of antidepressants.
A bunch of empty Wild Turkey bottles in the recycling bin.
A beer pong table in the kitchen.
Wicker patio furniture.
Cigarette butts all over the yard.
A $5000 leather sectional in the living room but no dining table in the dining room.
Three Estonian college girls sharing a spare bedroom.
Shut off notice from the power/water company on the front door.
Anything Duke related.
