I've never seen a place run a card for $100. Most will run it for $1.00 to verify its good before giving it back, then update the charge later to what it actually was.

He's probably referring to Happy's known tactic of charging people for shite they don't order. Never open a tab there.

Ya there's an app I was made aware of called "Tabbed Out" that looks good.
