Because hot women like her are a rarity. She is not common in fact is much less common than a anorexic thin model.
A beautiful girl with a larger frame is incredibly hard to find. She's kept her body shapely with wonderful definition of the hips and arse, her body is great for her structure. And rare.
99% would be fat or fighting looking fat. It can't be easy with that frame and I'm sure she works hard at it.
If she would starve herself and eliminate her curves she would look horrible.
