This chick could never be skinny.
If she worked out a ton, she could gain more muscle, and lose the fat, along with her feminine figure.
I really don't think there is much she can do to get in better shape, and still be as attractive as she is now.
Rousey's in great shape, but is nowhere near as attractive as this chick.

But to the OP, I don't think that was ever her point, so i'm not sure why it's being billed as ironic to her message.

If she were 600lbs you may have a point. But at her size you can still actually be very healthy.
