I know some guys that worked for Emirates and I even looked into doing it, negatives far outweigh the positives, good chance a lot of those cars are abandoned, I think it's a pretty serious offense, like imprisonment type of punishment for falling behind on your debt, people that are over extended just leave the country when there's a hiccup in whatever type of work they're in

the pay that I was looking at was decent, plus living accommodations, domestic help, vehicle, etc., and that's all I can speak for, I'm sure some of the O&G guys on here can offer more insight, I really didn't want to live there I was planning on living in Europe and commuting but the restrictions they placed on you would have made that tough, also, there would be safety concerns for the woman, they are not even second class citizens there and there were reports of rapes of some of the Emirates guy's wives that were treated as misdemeanors with no punishment meted out and no increase in security, they more I dug the less appeal it had to me
