He looks kinda similar to a guy who used to always hit people up for cash up along causeway and West Esplanade, back when I was working on street projects in Jeff Parish. But he we never crying. Usually something about needing gas money to get back to school in Lafayette. But he was never crying.

He says he locked his keys in his car and needs to call pop a lock to get them to open it...usually asks for an exact amount he needs like $17.
I saw him one time at a Mr. Gattis drive thru. He didn't use that scam but did ask me for money or food.

You guys have professional bums around the city?
the ones downtown(st.louis), they have a leader, who has the cash, a woman, and a dog. all the shite bums come to him in morning, he tells them where to go, and he gets a cut.
I was at a place, waiting for Chef to get in, and they were having a meeting, was like a union meeting. their shite was organized. He had places that gave out food, and connections, and they gave him a cut of their money they got in begging.
The shite head had a wad of cash, and 1 hour later he's begging for cash to people who were driving across the bridge
shite was interesting, especially how he has his minions, and he's kind of like the king of the shithead bums.

yeah, i was amazed at how organized it was. They all surrounded him, he talked, gave them piece of paper with restaurants, stores, where they will give away day old food, and places to beg. Then later they come back 1 by one, giving him a cut.
I wanted to sit and watch all day, it was very interesting, how it worked and how he went about his day.
