And it would be fiscal conservatives that are all about the free market, not social conservatives necessarily.

It's actually the way I see the whole thing playing out. Many businesses in these states are openly against these laws. Let them out compete businesses that don't serve people based on various beliefs.
A small amount of the places that are choosy about clientele will survive, but I suspect many will close up as people who disagree with them take their money elsewhere.
