The increase in people who workout regularly and those fat asses riding in the electric grocery carts have pushed that number to 195.
I'm hovering around 185 right now, but trying to shed some weight to 175 before tackling an adding muscle mass phase in August.

6'2" and about 195 right now and bigger than I like. When I was down to 175 I was too skinny. Around 185 is the sweet spot for me.

Ppl put too much emphasis on weight IMO and not how one looks. Much depends on bone structure/ muscle mass for men and bone structure/ boobs and thighs/arse for women. However, yes, there are way to many out of shape fatasses out there.

I'm about 6'2 and 210 and I think that is my sweet spot.
I wouldn't ever want to be much bigger or smaller.

great points. Still, depending on their height 166lbs is pretty heavy for a lot of women.
