Laredo, Texas should sue them for failure to include.

Even the Hispanics who wade across the Rio Grande each night from Nuevo Laredo get the heck out of there as fast as they can.

I don't know how Manhattan, KS made the list, its been growing for years. They even have commercial air service these days. Its a good place for Kansas standards.

I figured the Detroit area would be well represented.

I understand and I don't disagree. But you've gotta start somewhere.

Everyone is moving to bossier. One of the fastest growing cities in the state.
Shreveport is a minority city officially whereas bossier is 80/20 white.

no

Bossier is so god awful. Shreveport is nowhere near as bad as you people make it to be.

Shreveport is easily better than Monroe and LC.

What is black population in each city?
Black crime rate for each city?

Montgomery's largest demographic is 18-35 black females. There is your sign its time to leave. My cousin told me this as why he left never to return.

This is an almost impossible topic to cover objectively.

From BR and living in Shreve for 5 years. Not bad at all. i too used to join i the Shreveport jokes until I lived here. No real complaints that I didn't have living elsewhere.

Monroe would be the better answer, IMO.
