Good - get rid of the trash Wild, Wild West style. How many drugs, arm robberies, scams, and theft has this guy done and would have done? No redeeming quality - was going to be nothing but a dredge on society. Not anymore.

Did he have the sex???

Could have just added a rape charge. He’s already going to jail for the rest of his life anyway.

Not guilty. This is exactly what scammers deserve.

Part of me wants to defend the guy and say the scammer got what he had coming.

However, if this guy was willing to kill someone over $40 then there is no telling what else he has done or would have done in the future. He probably needs to be off the streets and the scammer is gone. Two birds, one bullet.

Considering he was on probation for aggravated assault, yeah, he probably needs to go away for a while.

Is it legal for him to have had the gun while on probation for a felony in Texas?

I bet they’ll see a decrease in parking lot scammers for a while.

It’s kinda funny when you say it that way. She’ll always have a story to tell and be thankful she didn’t end up in a relationship with him and he do that to her when he got mad.

When the government does nothing, individuals become frustrated and take action.

Rudy Guilani's theory was correct: if you ignore the small crimes, the big crimes become more prevalent.
