HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A suspect accused of killing a man in Houston's East End earlier this month allegedly chased him down and shot him after he was told the victim was a fake parking lot attendant, according to court records.

Erick Aguirre, 29, is charged with murder in the shooting death of 46-year-old Elliot Nix. Aguirre was arrested in Aransas County, Texas, and extradited back to Harris County on April 25.

Court records say he was on probation in South Texas near Corpus Christi for aggravated assault at the time of the shooting. Police said Crime Stoppers tips helped investigators identify him.

It's very bad manners to leave a lady alone at the table.

So I had lunch there yesterday and realized this is where the dude was eating. Talked to our waiter about it and mgmt has shut down any discussion about it.

Here is a photo that I took of the parking lot where dude got murdered

During Astros games and bigger concerts, a lot of those parking lots are in fact pay lots. That night it was not, just some (now dead) jackhole trying to scam. Doesn’t warrant losing his life though.

I agree, but on the other hand when you do shite like that you are putting yourself in a situation where this can happen.

Its not at all worth going to prison over $40. He should have beat the shite out of the dude, but frick going to jail over some worthless bastard.
