Transitiong from female to male, currently on testosterone.

quote:

For the second year in a row, a transgender male wrestler has won the Texas girls' Class 6A 110-pound division.

Mack Beggs, 18, a senior from Euless Trinity High School near Dallas, entered the tournament in Cypress outside of Houston with an undefeated record. He beat Chelsea Sanchez -- whom he beat for the title in 2017 -- in the final match Saturday.

"It definitely felt different," Beggs said, according to the Dallas Morning News. "I felt a lot more humble. This year I wanted to prove a point that anyone can do anything. Even though I was put in this position, even though I didn't want to be put in this position, even though I wanted to wrestle the guys, I still had to wrestle the girls."

Video posted online showed a mix of cheers and boos from the crowd following Beggs' win.

Beggs is in the process of transitioning from female to male and taking a low dose of testosterone.

It was his steroid therapy treatments while wrestling girls that stirred a fierce debate about competitive fairness and transgender rights last season. It has been a lot quieter since last year, when his march to a state championship was dogged by a last-minute lawsuit that tried to stop him.

Beggs had asked to wrestle in the boys' division, but the rules for Texas public high school

Article goes on to say "he" has an offer for a college to wrestle on the men's team. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say "he" doesn't stay undefeated for long.

Gitl wants to be a dude. Is openly taking PEDs and wrestling against girls. It's BS. If she wants to be a boy let her wrestle the boys or don't let her compete because she's juicing.

Actually its going female to male. That’s why its wrestling girls because a rule was made saying you had to compete against what ever your gender is on birth certificate.

If he attempted to wrestle in the boys division but wasn’t allowed to then i have no beef.

If i was a girl wrestler, i’d be pissed, but without skin in this game my immediate reaction is that his life hasn’t and won’t be easy and i’m not going to get upset when he tried to change classification.

She isn’t a he. She’s a girl taking PEDs

No wonder she’s winning.

He did not. He signed up for girls wrestling after beginning male hormone therapy.

The rule only came up because opposing girls fought to have him moved to boys wrestling, but because of the rule, they couldn't get him forced out. He continued to take illegal PED's and wrestle girls.
